The project is being developed around a public park that opens on to trees overlooking the river Arve and features a school at its centre. The new constructions integrate the existing buildings in a composition of four islets that together form one large urban island. The islets, of varying dimensions, are each completed by two small towers 50 m high, placed at opposite corners. The islets also form a sequence of building fronts, considered as public spaces, set further back from the street.
