The built-in garage is backed by the neighbouring property. As an extension of the kitchen, the outdoor terrace is covered by the cantilevered volume of the living room. The living room is connected to the dining room and develops over several levels. At its highest point, it enjoys a dominant view of the surrounding landscape. The bedrooms are protected from street noise by the garage.
Built mainly of reinforced concrete, the structure is completed by a light metal roof, ensuring the mechanical balance of the house.
